Handcut horse head necklace made from Purpleheart wood. Hung from a copper chain, 27 inches long with a 2 inch extender chain. Purpleheart has a naturally vibrant purple color, over time, with prolonged sun exposure it will deepen into more of a brown color. This, along with all other purpleheart pieces I make are treated with a UV protective finish to preserve its color. I recommend storing this piece out of direct sunlight.
